The parents of our Under 11 girls Ross Royals team were recently awarded the 2017 FA Respect award.
Since 2008 the FA Respect Awards have recognised those who uphold and implement those values in their local community by promoting best practice across every aspect of the game.
The Ross Royals are unique team, comprised of girls from across Herefordshire and beyond, competing in a boys' league. The girls play for their regular grassroots on Sundays, while using the opportunity to play against boys to aid their football development on a Saturday.
