We are very excited to announce on Friday 10th May, Wales and Sunderland’s Mary McAteer will be coming back to the club.
Mary who once played for our Ross Juniors has had an amazing career to date playing for Bristol City, Aston Villa, Coventry and now Sunderland.
Mary has also recently also made her full international debut for Wales, making her the clubs first and only to date international. Mary plays as a forward/winger.
It’s a far cry from the days of a long trip to North Herefordshire for an early Sunday kick off at 10am!
Mary is unable to join us for our 20th anniversary due to international commitments but has kindly agreed to visit the club on the 10th May instead.
Mary will be running two coaching sessions and doing a question and answer and autograph session too. Places are going to be extremely limited and bookings for this will be for club members only via LoveAdmin on Friday night. More details to follow on age groups and times.
